Welcome back after a lovely Easter break. Hopefully, this is going to be a fascinating and topical term as we are exploring our new enquiry question, ‘Why does the world need rainforests?’ We will be thinking about such issues as:
Which plants and animals live in the rainforest and how many different species are there? What are the different layers of the rainforest? Where in the world are rainforests found and what is a biome? What are the threats to rainforests? Do people live in the rainforest?

Termly Science Challenge
Hi everyone! Welcome back to another fantastic school year. Following on from the huge success with our 'at home science challenges' we are going to continue them this year. The term one challenge is a physics challenge linked to colour and light and you can find out all about it here.
Remember to send any photos or videos to me (Miss Wilson) or your class teacher and certificates will be awarded at the end of term. This challenge is for everyone!

Welcome back! We hope the children feel refreshed for the start of a new school year.
