Spring 24: Handa's Surprise
We have been exploring the story on Handa's Surprise. The children have been fully emersed in the story and have tasted some familiar and unfamiliar fruits. We have been blown away at how happy the children are to try new flavours. There has been some lovely descriptive language used following the fruit tasting. The children have created some wonderful shopping lists and painted stunning pictures of fruits to go on display in the classroom. We have so many more exciting things to learn and do based on this book. Check back for more photos soon.
